Returns & Exchange

At POCA & POCA, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we have made the process simple and transparent.

1. RETURNS (WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT)

  • Time to Request a Return: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel to withdraw from the contract and request a return.
  • Time to Ship the Parcel: Once you have submitted your return request, you have 14 days to dispatch and send the package back to our warehouse.
  • Item Condition: Returned products must be in their original, unused condition (free from signs of wear, odors, or damage) with all original tags attached.

How to Request and Ship Your Return?

  1. Submit via Customer Panel (Recommended): Log in to your account at pocaandpoca.com, go to your orders, click "Return" next to the relevant order, and follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, you may submit your request via e-mail to: shop@pocaandpoca.com.
  2. Select Your Shipping Method:
    • Self-Shipment: You may ship the package at your own expense using any carrier of your choice directly to our warehouse in Poland.
    • Store-Generated Return Label: You can opt to generate a pre-paid return label directly in the Customer Panel. The label cost will be displayed in the panel and will be deducted from your final refund amount. With this option, simply hand over the packed shipment at the nearest drop-off point of the designated courier.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued promptly, no later than 14 days from the date the package is physically received at our warehouse in Poland and the condition of the returned items is successfully verified. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

2. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  • The fastest and most convenient way is to return the original item (following the return procedure above) and place a new order for the desired item online.
  • The cost of shipping the item back for an exchange is borne by the Buyer.
