At POCA & POCA, we ensure that the delivery process is just as exceptional and seamless as our designs. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Poland.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

The final cost and available delivery methods will be automatically calculated and displayed at the final step of checkout.

  • Poland:
    • Cost: Free shipping on all orders.
    • Delivery Methods: InPost, DPD, DHL.
  • Europe (EU and non-EU European countries):
    • Cost: Free shipping on orders over 500 USD. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart.
    • Delivery Methods: DPD, DHL.
  • Rest of the World (International Shipping):
    • Cost: Free shipping on orders over 500 USD. For orders under 500 USD, the shipping cost is added during checkout.
    • Delivery Methods: DHL Express.

IN-STORE PICKUP (GALERIES LAFAYETTE BOUTIQUE)

We offer a complimentary in-store pickup option for your order at our flagship boutique:

  • Location: POCA & POCA Boutique, Galeries Lafayette, Dubai Mall (United Arab Emirates).
  • Processing Time: Due to shipments originating from our warehouse in Poland, preparing your order for boutique pickup takes up to 7 business days.
  • Notification: Our team will contact you directly (via e-mail or phone) as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

PROCESSING TIME & ORDER TRACKING

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Poland: 1-2 business days.
    • Europe: 2-3 business days.
    • International Shipping (DHL Express): 2-5 business days (depending on the destination country).
  • Package Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number and a link to trace your shipment online in real time.

NO HIDDEN FEES - CUSTOMS & TAXES INCLUDED

When shopping with us, you don't have to worry about additional customs charges upon delivery.

All products are shipped from Poland on a basis where all customs duties and import taxes are already included in the final price and paid directly by POCA & POCA. You will not incur any additional customs or tax charges upon receiving your order.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE

All packages shipped by POCA & POCA are fully insured against theft and mechanical damage during transit. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified address or upon in-store pickup.
