• Payments are processed directly through the secure Shopify Payments system.
• Your card data is fully encrypted-POCA & POCA does not store payment card details.
• BLIK and Fast Bank Transfers (Przelewy24):
• Polish Customers can use instant payments via BLIK code and fast bank transfers processed by Przelewy24.
• PayPal Payments:
• We enable fast payments via your PayPal account.

REFUNDS

In the event of contract cancellation or an accepted complaint, refunds are processed promptly using the same payment method used when placing the order:

• Card payments - refunded directly to the payment card account.
• BLIK / Przelewy24 / Bank Transfer payments - refunded to the bank account.
• PayPal payments - refunded directly to the PayPal account.
